Project Manager (Agile/ Kallang/ Contract)

12-Months Contract (Convertible to Perm)
Location : Kallang
Salary $8500 depending on experience
Completion Bonus

Our Client is leading the digital transformation of energy management and automation. They are actively looking for Project Manager to join their team.

Job Summary:

• Manage large size PEP, small size PMP OCP-Projects or agile/ SAFe projects from initiation until project closure, in order to deliver the offer to satisfy the business case in accordance with the committed goals: customer satisfaction & quality, time to market, product & project costs.

Responsibilities:

• Drive mainly projects in a medium complex environment (mainly in 1-2 countries/ design locations)
• Translate the objectives into operational action plans, organize and schedule the project with identified resources
• Drive the project team for finding the best solutions for mastering customer needs, business, time, quality, budget and cost. (Position and Value involved in the customer application and the solutions approach).
• Assess and manage the risks related to the project, propose alternative solutions, contain the possible consequences and focus upon priorities and key issues
• Achieve quality objectives and marketing requirements
• Write and present clear & concise project reports for giving visibility and allowing decision in short time frame
• Take into account the financial dimension in all business matters

Requirements:

• Completed position-relevant studies at a college/university or equivalent vocational training with appropriate additional qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management
• Possess general business knowledge to plan, organize and control resources, procedures and timing for an administrative or business process including:

• Organizing project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements
• Monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing, quality and staffing
• Ensuring adherence to internal and external quality standards (eg. International Standards Organization)
• Identifying/resolving obstacles to completing project on time and to budget
• May include work managing multiple interrelated projects
