Lead Projects End-to-End: Own the full lifecycle -- from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
Partner with Clients & Agencies: Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and deliver clear progress updates.
Drive Team Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functional teams (software, AI, hardware, engineering), and bridge our Singapore and China teams.
Ensure Quality & Compliance: Oversee documentation, testing, and regulatory alignment; continuously improve processes.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
3-5 years' experience in project management (smart city, IT, AI, or infrastructure preferred).
Strong organizational and communication skills; fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
Familiar with Agile/Scrum and traditional project management methods.
PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a strong advantage.
