Job Summary:

• Company background: Singapore based transportation services
• Working location: West
• Working days & hrs: 5 days (Mon - Fri) ; 8.30am - 5.30 pm
• Salary Range: up to S$ 15,000 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Acting as Project Manager to monitor on-going and new projects and responsible to undertake and explore projects relating to Building and Construction business including RFP participation, Quotations or Public Tenders , especially projects in Changi Terminal 5 construction project.
• Submission of bids for all tender or proposal within your portfolio, from tender documentation preparation, costing
• Planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation and execution of projects till completion
• Manage project teams and stakeholder and coordinate with the team of engineers, technicians, operations members and others, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication
• Contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers and project budget management
• Contract management including progress and variation payment claims, change orders, variation orders, extension of time
• Monitor project performance and report progress to track the progress against defined goals and objectives, identify and address potential risks and issues and reporting to senior management.
• Explore opportunity for government grants constantly before contractual commencement of each project and act as lead to submit the grant application and follow up through until grant disbursement
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on building and construction technologies to the management and stakeholders in terms of depth understanding of engineering principles, BCA, government regulatory and code of practices within building and construction field.
