Job Description
:Manager (Project Management)Manage, plan and implement the new and upgrading of community centres/clubs development and other client projects from planning to completion including defects liability periods, handing over of required documents to EMD, DPIPs and finalization of project accounts.Work Arrangement:Location: Near Jalan Besar MRTContract Duration: 3 monthsSalary: TBA (monthly rated)Working Hours:Monday to Thursday: 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 6.00pm
Friday: 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm(after office hour meeting when required due to projects needs/requirements)Job Requirements:
- Professional Qualification in Architectural, Building, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or other building related disciplines with a minimum three years of relevant experience in managing building projects.
