About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Building) to join our dynamic construction team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex building projects in Singapore. What you'll be doing

Effectively plan, coordinate and monitor all aspects of building projects from inception to completion Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Manage project budgets, oversee procurement, and maintain accurate records and documentation Identify and mitigate risks, and implement strategies to address any challenges that arise Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices Contribute to the continuous improvement of our project management processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field Excellent project management skills, including the ability to plan, organise, and coordinate complex projects Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members Proficient in the use of project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera Thorough understanding of building regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices
