Job Description

The Project Manager / Business Analyst will join the IT Finance team and work on the implementation of the global transformation program. He/she has:

• Strong Finance and regulatory functional knowledge in Financial Accounting, Liquidity management, Credit risk and Local Regulatory Reporting (in order of priority)
• Strong Business Analysis experience
• Prior experience in Financial Accounting and regulatory projects with multiple sub-streams and source systems.
  

• Drive and plan the application impact analysis after Business workshop.
• As the BA, to build and maintain the Backlog of transformations and adaptations.
• Drive and collaborating with Stakeholders to define the Business Case, its scope and prioritization.
• Formulating a delivery roadmap with Finance.
• Organization of the resources with capacity planning and effort estimations to support the deliveries.
• Creation of the work schedule with timelines and deliverables.
• Responsible for managing & reporting risks and issues.
• Analyze business requirement and translate into Functional Specification documentations.
• Work with the Stakeholders, to implement the deliverables and to resolve challenges and issues.
• Involvement in full development lifecycle.
• Responsible and organization of the work in each project phase.
• Adhere to Governance and guiding principles.
• Participation in Steering Committees & Working Groups.
  

• 7+ years of experience in Finance domain.
• Good understanding of Information Flow and Business Functions in Financial Services/Bank.
• Specific project implementation experience in any of the following areas: Financial Accounting, Liquidity Management, Counterparty Credit Risk, Finance Regulatory reporting, Core banking solutions data flows, Data quality
• Solid functional knowledge of Accounting & Finance and Products.
• Experience of working in entire project life cycle of Accounting/Finance system implementation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Sharepoint / Clarity / Confluence / HP ALM / JIRA / Serena Release Mgmt.
• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Able to conduct discussions/workshops with Business & IT Teams and challenging the norms.
• Collaboration and working with Teams across geographical locations & time zones and functions.
• Demonstrable pro-activeness and excellent people management.
• Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
