:

As part of the Equities Operations Transformations team, you will be driving change and transformation across the Futures & Derivatives Clearing and Equities Derivatives Group businesses in JPMorgan Chase. You will help the firm execute on our business and operational strategies on a regional and global scale, leading the delivery across varied projects covering market expansion, improving the client experience, implementing strategic end-state system architecture, and driving scale and mitigating risk in the Operations function.

You will lead end-to-end delivery of projects, partnering closely with teams across Operations, Technology, as well as Product Development, Business Management, Sales & Trading, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and other corporate functions. As project manager you will drive execution of strategic and tactical initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, including solutioning, process design, resource management and reporting of status to stakeholders and senior management

Job Responsibilities

  • Project Manager/Business Analyst leading the delivery of strategic, process improvement and regulatory projects for the Global Equities business.
  • Identify business model, operational process, systems, and resourcing impacts resulting from these initiatives; working in partnership with key stakeholders including business, technology, compliance, risk, and finance as required.
  • Effectively translate business requirements into value-added, comprehensive solutions and test plans using appropriate processes, procedures, and technology.
  • Maintain a robust and auditable governance process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of overall project, through use of project framework, methodologies, reporting and appropriate escalation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, provide leadership, direction and focus for business functions and project resources.
  • Participate in strategy and planning to influence investment decisions based on operational needs
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Project Management / Change Management experience within the financial services industry is required
  • Prior roles/experience in Markets Operations is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Futures & Options or Equity Derivatives financial products.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills, able to take the lead in unstructured situations, including seizing new opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to partner with all types of stakeholders, at all levels across the business areas including senior executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Independent, proactive worker with the ability to quickly understand complex subject matter and demonstrate critical thinking.
  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management certification(s) is desirable.
  • Experience in employing innovative tools such as Tableau and Alteryx is advantageous
