Project estimation, resource capacity planning, and project control.
Development of Project Work plans or Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for delivery monitoring and control.
Coordination of the project team with regular follow-up meetings and effective communication with Sponsors (SteerCo preparation & presentation).
Defining milestones and dependencies with the team and stakeholders.
Conducting workshops and meetings with users and Group Finance to identify project requirements.
Collaborating with users of Core-banking systems and Finance systems.
Working closely with multiple divisions to drive projects to successful completion.
Analyzing business requirements and documenting Functional Specifications with sign-off from Product Owner.
Ability to propose solutions and challenge existing processes (AS-IS situation).
Ideal candidate:
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst in IT delivery projects.
Strong expertise in at least 2 of the following functional domains related to financial services: financial reporting, regulatory reporting, core banking, credit risk reporting
Knowledge of Accounting/Finance system implementation lifecycle.
Proven experience throughout the entire project life cycle, including requirement analysis, workshops, testing, and stakeholder management.
Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure.
Proficient in conducting workshops with business teams and challenging requirements.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams across various regions.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Value-added background transitioning from a Business Analyst to a Project Manager.
PMP certified or Scrum certification is considered advantageous.
