About the team
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join our Business Development team. You will be playing an important role in project managing and roll-out of our new stores in Singapore. This role will be based in Singapore reporting to the Assistant Vice President who looks after Business Development and Projects.
What your responsibilities will be
Support the development projects of Lenskart\'s retail store network, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed cost, duration, and quality.
Coordinate the project through all phases: from kick-off, project feasibility analysis, layout, and zoning development, approval process through various stakeholders, up to final opening.
Manage the processes and communication between internal stakeholders and external vendors, suppliers and agencies.
Lead post-project analysis, identify opportunities for continual process improvement.
Reporting to management on project progress
Provide strategic support to business development efforts, including lease management, site evaluation and market research etc.
Ensure operational efficiency by optimizing workflows, streamline processes, and improve the overall efficiency of store expansion initiatives.
Other process coordination including but not limited to store insurance renewals, payment processes, raising purchase orders, etc.
Who we are looking for
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial design, Interior design, Business or related disciplines
5+ years of experience in Retail project management or store development
Knowledge in interior fit-out and builders works for retail and commercial space
Ability to read design drawings, technical blueprints and shop drawings
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Experience in Singapore market is a must
Preferred Qualification
Six Sigma, Lean, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus
