This role will oversee every stage of the project, ensuring that it is completed safely, within budget, and on time. The PM will play a key role in leading and directing diverse teams, including civil, structural engineers, architects, trade specialists, and resident technical officers, ensuring timely and budget-efficient delivery of project milestones.The PM will act as the client\xe2\x80\x99s representative, building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as project management consultants, quantity surveyors, lead architects, and the main contractor, ensuring seamless collaboration.The ideal candidate will provide critical support to the Director of Campus Development, navigating a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with efficiency and precision.Why Join Us? Facilitate the development of pre-bid critical path management schedules with various milestones and task dependabilities.Design management, including review and coordination of consultant documentation and preparation of necessary tender documentation. Support all tender evaluations and recommend the best possible commercial solutions.Closely coordinate the work between various multi-disciplinary team members and ensure full compliance to various technical needs of design and concept as well as design implementation. Close coordination and ensuring effective implementation of the Building Information Modeling System during all critical stages of the project including handover and post-occupancy management.Manage on-site construction activities, including coordination of trades, supervision of workers, and quality control by working very closely with superintendents to plan, organise and direct activities related to core construction with necessary cost-effective methodologies.Support establishing project objectives, procedures and performance standards within the boundaries of contractual expectations. Confer with supervisors and foremen to discuss such matters as work procedures, conflicts and problems that occur on construction sites.Represent the college in project meetings and ensure that all participating members adhere to the college norms of conduct and collaboration. Prepare progress reports, outlining key milestones, constraints and change management plans to deliver on necessary objectives cost, quality and timeAnalyse weekly and monthly critical path management schedules and update various sections of the risk register as necessary. Record and report the findings in order of risk hierarchy and initiate the communication and other related course of action in a time-efficient manner.Work closely with contract administrators to manage the financial aspects of various contracts in order to protect the College\xe2\x80\x99s interest and simultaneously maintain a good relationship with the contractor. Evaluate progress claims, variations, extensions of time and completion documentation to ensure timely and accurate payments for various contractors.Liaise with local authorities as required to ensure that the works are authorised as the project progresses. Ensure all necessary compliance during various stages of construction with a dedicated focus on Fire Safety and Occupational Health & Safety Regulations.Keep abreast of new developments in the construction industry and incorporate innovative ideas into projects where appropriate. Must possess the ability to quickly learn, understand and apply new technologies for project advancements.Responsible for overall tender processes, stakeholder coordination for space allocation(Gross Floor Area) design and concept, running the environment Impact study and all the pre-preparation needs that may arise before the appointment of a formal project management consultancy contract.
