Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Manage projects, defining scope, objectives, resources, and timelines. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure clear project goals.

Timeline & Milestone Management:

Develop and track schedules to ensure timely project delivery. Proactively address delays and keep the project on track.

Accountability:

Oversee all activities, from requirements gathering to project delivery. Manage project scope, cost, and schedule while ensuring overall success.

Risk & Stakeholder Management:

Identify risks and develop strategies to manage challenges. Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.

Financial Oversight:

Monitor project spending, ensuring cost optimization and financial viability. Focus on improving project profitability and manage cost-saving strategies.

Qualifications:

At least Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field). At least 4-5 years of experience in managing construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools. PMP certification is a must
