The candidate will oversee the project for the daily operations of tours for transit passengers in Singapore. Responsibilities:

• Fulfil all project requirements and prepare necessary admin documentation as per contractual specifications
• Manage bookings, registrations, waitlists and enquires for the transit tours
• Manage and schedule all manpower(i.e. customer service staff & tour guides) required for the execution of transit tour
• Oversee coach deployment and manage all other logistics and equipment (e.g. laptops, guiding equipment, souvenirs)
• Liaise with all 3rd party stakeholders and suppliers
• Plan, organise and deliver training for all manpower as and when required
• Ensure high standards of customer service from all staff
• Manage feedback forms, ensuring an optimum feedback collection rate, and collate all feedback into suitable reports.
• Compile weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management team and stakeholders (i.e.CAG)
• Perform duties as a backup customer service staff (or tour guide) when required; and
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Diploma / Degree in Tourism, Business or related field
• Min. 3 years of experience in a operations or customer service role
• Background of working in the travel/tourism industry or a tour guide license is a plus
• Ability to manage and lead an operational team
• Independent, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Strong copywriting and organisational skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Good eye for aesthetics and detail
• Willingness to work and continuously learn in a growing start-up/SME environment
