The candidate will supervise and execute the daily ground operations of tours for transit passengers in Singapore. Responsibilities:

• Full-time position
• 12-hours rotating shifts (7am to 7pm). Work 1 day, Off 1 day.
• To be stationed at customer service booths at the transit terminals of Singapore Changi Airport
• Lead a team of customer service ambassadors
• Provide customer service for the booking, registration, waitlist and enquires of transit tours for passengers
• Upkeep the customer service booths and ensure good working condition and cleanliness
• Maintain all equipment and logistics at the booths and ensure security of items
• Escort passengers to meeting point & liaise with tour guides for commencement of transit tours
• Attend all required trainings and updates
• Uphold a high level of customer service standard
• Manage feedback and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
• Compile daily reports to project manager; and
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Events or related field
• Min. 2 years of experience in a operations or customer service role
• Background of working in the travel/tourism industry or a tour guide license is a plus
• Ability to manage and lead an operational team
• Ability to handle customer enquiries in a professional manner at all times
• Independent, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Detailed oriented
• Willingness to work and continuously learn in a growing start-up/SME environment

Salary up to $2600 (Basic + Allowances + Bonus)
