Learn more at .SUMMARY:Reporting to a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations, you will help to drive the implementation of compliance program for Vision Franchise under guidance of the Commercial Excellence, HCC, Legal and Finance to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with related J&J internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti-corruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

• Partnering with franchise and/or department leadership team to ensure compliance ownership and right tone at the top.
• Collaborate with countries to scope, design, initiate and implement program projects under the guidance of Apac HCC lead based on needs identified during risk assessments.
• Leads and executes projects for the Operating Companies (OpCo). Assists the HCC Lead with the development of an effective project portfolio management structure, promoting necessary changes, process harmonization and leveraging experiences and approaches to/from other regions.
• Shares best practice with markets to develop and implement consistent controls across the region, where necessary.
• Supports the development of harmonized standard processes applicable for all countries in APAC, where necessary.
• Implementing and following up on the Management Action Plan identified during audits and guide the OpCo to close gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct monitoring activities and process review to check the effectiveness of implementation.
• Providing metrics as required.
