We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Project Manager. Principal Responsibilities Business Process Reengineering:

  • Identify and analyse business processes to address areas of inefficiency and opportunities to improve controls, and recommend and implement changes, measured through KPIs (efficiency, cost reduction, control effectiveness, increased revenue). Lead a team of process reengineers. Administer training to embed process reengineering capabilities broadly, equipping all Transformation Services staff with the know-how to perform process mapping and process redesign
Project Management
  • Effectively initiates and shapes the project, developing the initial business case and obtaining approval to proceed. Oversees the development of a well-defined project plan. Coordinates planning across multiple stakeholders in the businesses and functions. Plans effectively around delivery constraints and optimizes the plan to maximize benefits and minimize risk. Manages implementation readiness and early stages post-implementation. Acts as a change leader with the business leadership and business sponsor \xe2\x80\x93 a visible and clear leader for the project and the delivery of its outcomes and benefits
Consulting
  • Promote and develop internal consulting services with business stakeholders across the organization. Develop the hypothesis and insights to unlock challenging business problems. Undertaking analysis, translating the analysis into useful findings. Review and evaluate market trends to provide outward looking insights and recommendations to business stakeholders. Implementing solutions and anticipating their impact on the business operations and cultures. Challenging existing thinking/ established process and efficiencies, generating new and creative ideas
Stakeholder Management:
  • Communicate effectively across a diverse group of stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for proposed changes, delivering to defined project\xe2\x80\x99s scope, budget, and timeline. Deliver high-touch consultative support, deft relationship management, and conflict resolution

Requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business consulting with a reputable consulting organization / industry experience within large complex organizations, preferably in Asia Pacific markets
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent preferable
  • Industry accreditation on Six Sigma, with experience in running automation projects and automation tools preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing others, negotiating effectively and winning over audiences with compelling and persuasive presentations
  • Deep knowledge in Financial Services industry and understand how various types of consulting services and automation tools can bring values to the organization
  • Experience in senior stakeholder management and navigating a large matrixed organization
  • Ability to identify creative opportunities with stakeholders, and translate these opportunities into execution approach and strategy
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Collaborative in nature and ability to problem-solve individually or in a group setting
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
