Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager
to lead and deliver eChannel projects focused onInternet and Mobile Banking platforms
. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital banking transformation, stakeholder management, and end-to-end project delivery in a fast-paced financial services environment.Key Responsibilities
Lead the
planning, execution, and delivery
of Internet and Mobile Banking projects. Manageproject scope, timeline, resources, risks, and budgets
to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate withbusiness, technology, operations, and vendor partners
to drive project outcomes. Gather, validate, and managebusiness requirements
for digital banking features and enhancements. Overseesystem integration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment
activities across channels. Ensure compliance withregulatory, risk, and security standards
in all project phases. Provideregular project updates and reports
to senior management and stakeholders. Drivechange management, training, and adoption strategies
to ensure smooth rollout of digital solutions.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
.8+ years of experience
in project management, with at least5 years in banking/financial services
. Proven track record in deliveringdigital banking, internet banking, or mobile banking projects
. Strong understanding ofdigital channels, payments, authentication, and customer experience
. Proficiency inproject management methodologies
(Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid). PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus. Excellentstakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills
.Nice to Have
Experience with
API-driven banking, microservices, or cloud platforms
. Exposure toregulatory compliance in digital banking (MAS, PSD2, etc.)
. * Strong background inUI/UX and customer journey mapping
.
