About Our ClientOur client is a well-known restaurant brand in Asia, and looking to expand their business in SEA now.Working together with IT and internal team members to deliver projects on time.Be responsible for clear and consistent communication on project updates and impacts on the development progress.Assist in scheduling and facilitating meetings, documenting publishing meeting minutes, and reviewing tasks deliverables.Assist in organizing and tracking project risks, issues, action items, and decisions.Assist in creation of project status and project development flow.Communicate across Product Managers, Business Development, Account Managers and CustomerSuccess team to support the delivery of project plans of company.Prepares and updates project schedules/ documentations to team members, management level, and enterprise customers.The Successful ApplicantUniversity graduate with Computer Engineering or Computer Science, Business Administration degree are preferred.At least 5 year of relevant working experience in IT Project Management in similar capacity will be advantageous.Excellent presentation, will work closely and liase with mandarin speaking stakeholders.Ability to manage independently in a dynamic environment with rapid development cycles, Multifunctional teams and tight project timeframesMust have strong logical and systematic mind set and the ability to think ways to improve the process and provide effective system solutions.Excellent organizational and time management skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight timelineStrong experience in reporting project status to management.What\'s on OfferCompetitive salary and global IT project exposure.
