Up for an exciting new career APAC Finance Business Services Team seeks a highly motivated Project Manager to help manage and drive change for Finance. Your Key Objectives Project manage our Finance Transformation agenda (including the Service Service Centre set up and transition). Drive and manage new business integration, process change, revenue streams and change requests. Manage stakeholders, and collate information to enable effective decision making The Project Manager will report to the Head of Transformation. Based ideally at one of foodpanda's Regional offices in either Philippines or Malaysia. You will be responsible for planning and working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritise and scope business requirements and manage various initiatives rolled out. You will be given opportunities to work with senior stakeholders across the company to solve strategic finance problems. Responsibilities: Be accountable for end-to-end project management including project planning, allocating resources, preparing budgets, managing dependencies, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Manage relationship and communication with stakeholders in a matrix organization across multiple functions (e.g. IT and Product) and countries. Set up project governance and establish project risk mitigation plans where necessary Prioritize new / ongoing initiatives (including business process change, new tech features, enhancement and change requests) which are critical for business and define objective measures for this prioritization through ROIs and cost-benefit analysis. Have the ability to multi-task - simultaneously manage various project elements with tight deadlines. Be the bridge and a story-teller! Ability to simplify complicated matters to senior management, technical teams and finance professionals. Other adhoc tasks Requirements: Core Requirements: 5+ years of experience in program / project management, managing high visibility large-scale complex programs (specifically within Finance) PMP certification is highly preferred (or equivalent) Preferred Requirements: University degree in Engineering, Finance, Commerce, Business Management or equivalent Experienced in managing finance transformation projects (e.g. shared services migration, organization redesign and process change) Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management. Detailed oriented Experience with working closely with finance, IT and product/engineering teams Highly motivated towards meeting goals and ability to motivate / influence teams to focus on delivery.
