We are looking for a IT Project Manager to join a fast growing FinTech company in Singapore!

Working Hours: Mon-Fri office hours
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
Salary up to $9,500 + AWS + Bonus (2-3 months)
Permanent position, opportunity to involve in FinTech/Blockchain related projects

Responsibilities:

Clearly articulates and documents business requirements
Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs when designing systems
End to end involvement in project management, monitor progress and ensuring development timelines are met with quality standards implemented
Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritises competing business demands
Creating a rapport with the clients and ensure project delivery is accurate as per requirements
Reviewing and identifying business operational areas/ gaps that need improvements and propose appropriate action plans
Identify potential project risks and its implication to the organization and to recommend mitigating measures so as to manage the risks
Maintain and develop documentation for responsible area
Ensure Service Level Agreements for projects and incidents are met

Requirements:

More than 4 years of working experience as a project manager in FinTech/Blockchain industry and proven records in delivering sizeable project end to end (full project lifecycle)
Self-starter with the ability to appropriately priorities and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment
Experienced in managing internal team of developers
Good technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
Working knowledge of JIRA software
