Role & Responsibilities * Be part of the project team for a commercial/office project from the design development stage to project completion including project handover and defects rectification. Role & Responsibilities Be part of the project team for a commercial/office project from the design development stage to project completion including project handover and defects rectification. Co-ordinate tenants' fitting out process and assist tenants with taking over their leased premises and facilitate their fitting out requirements, while actively engaging internal stakeholders, consultants, authorities and managing the building contractors. Liaise with tenants and contractors during the defects liability period on all defect rectification matters to ensure all issues are promptly managed and resolved. Advise on compliance with Green Mark requirements and other sustainability initiatives. Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Construction. Minimum 8 years of experience in property management of a major mixed use development and defects rectifications with Real Estate Developer. Strong organisational skills to ensure effective coordination and prompt handling of all tenants' fitting out matters Strong communication skills to ensure effective liaison with tenants and contractors on all defects rectification matters to ensure good customer service delivery. Good team player who can work with multiple parties on all property management and defects rectifications. Candidates with more relevant experience can be considered for a senior position.
