Job Description
We are an interior construction company who specialized in hospital A&A works. We are currently on the path of growth and would like to invite experienced and self-motivated individuals to join our fast-expanding team as:
PROJECT MANAGER (Interior Fitting Out Work)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor the work schedules and to ensure on-time completion
- Project budgeting & cost control
- Understanding building & regulatory requirements & ensure compliance
- Checking site drawings for accuracy and completeness for work
- Liaise with customer\xe2\x80\x99s site representatives and sub-contractors
- Co-ordinate the handing over of completed works to the customer and completion of the necessary rectification
Requirement
- Candidate prefer to possess a Diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years of interior fitting out work experience
- Preferably with experience in healthcare / clean room/ lab / hotel industry
- Experience in Operation Theatre construction or A&A works is an advantage
- Able to co-ordinate and oversee the project independently
