Liaise and coordination between clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors
Plan and manage site activities, ensure works are executed in accordance to approved plans/drawings and contract specifications
Overall project management, planning and control, costing, budgeting and cash flow planning
Ability to lead workers, supervisors and subcontractors and resolve any site issues
Ensure compliance of workplace safety, delivery of work according to project schedule, ensure quality of work
Take initiative in decision-making and problem-solving within your areas of responsibility
Setting targets, objectives and responsibilities for all supervised staff
Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Regularly review timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track
Reporting to clients and board members on project progress
Recommending policy and procedure improvements
Monitoring performance against agreed criteria
Ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled, and the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales
Dealing with contract disputes and mitigating the impact of any issues
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or related field
Proven working experience in curtain wall management
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
Understanding of all facets of the construction process
Competent in conflict and crisis management
Excellent time and project management skills
Knowledge of building and construction
Maths knowledge
Leadership skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
* Able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
