A Snapshot of Your Day
The Project Manager is accountable for completing projects to meet quality standards while managing P&L and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key duties include leading project planning and execution, maintaining communication with partners, and implementing risk management strategies. The role also involves training internal teams, managing cross-border contracts, and reporting on contract performance. Business travel and on-site work during overhauls and upgrades are required.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Manage project results (including P/L) to meet quality standards (time, budget, functionality) and ensure business success and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and coordinate overall project planning and execution.
• Initiate and oversee continuous improvement in project execution. Maintain constant communication with customers, contractors, and internal partners.
• Manage risks and implement mitigation measures for assigned projects.
• Ensure projects meet all agreed performance goals and implement required training for the team and sub-contractors.
• Handle cross-border technical and commercial project management, ensuring achievement of business results and P/L targets.
• Report and control contract performance, implement PM standards, and support development of methods, processes, and tools.
• Business travel required on customer meetings, FAT and during project execution. Working at site during the overhaul, upgrades and commissioning are required.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an engineering / technology subject.
• Strong passion and proven success in achieving profitable project execution, Distinct customer orientation and strong customer interface skills.
• 5 years and more of relevant experience
• Ability to influence and collaborate with multiple external and internal partners.
• Demonstrable evidence of successful projects or service business execution (LTPs) and Contracts management experience in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators or Compressors.
• PM Certification is an added advantage.
• Strong commercial competence and managing good business volume.
• Strong experience in Environment, Quality, Health, and Safety
• Full working rights in Singapore

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
