Job Description

• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Facilitate a seamless integration of primary care, tertiary care, and community care to support residents\' well-being in the community and promote person-centered care.
• Collaborate with public healthcare institutions and partners to streamline workflow and operations through platforms, including pilot initiatives and digital tools.
• Work closely with essential stakeholders and partners to strategize, prepare, and execute the upcoming phases of Healthier SG.
• Create strategies and reports to facilitate discussions aimed at achieving the objectives
• Co-develop clinical and service dashboards, collect and analyze data insights to enhance quality with key stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation of plans across various workstreams, encompassing IT enhancements, care navigation, care and financial transformation, resource acquisitions, and the management of approved milestones, budgets, and timelines in compliance with leadership\'s directives.

Requirements

• Min. bachelor degree qualification from a recognized university. Preferably with healthcare management and operations background.
• Preferably at least 4 years of relevant experience, of which at least 2 years involve supervisory experience.
• Demonstrates systems thinking, teamwork, leadership, planning with translation to operations and successfully implemented projects in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in healthcare management especially in the area of operations, finance, IT development and strategic planning is preferred.
• Good project management skills, including IT-related projects.
