Opportunity to join our Hitachi Energy, High Voltage business as a project manager is now available. We are looking for an experienced individual who is willing to work as a project manager for High voltage service projects. Training will be provided to enhance knowledge and growth. The focus for this role will be to coordinate with customer for necessary execution of projects related to High voltage service products. Proactively communicate with customer for timely execution of jobs by protecting Hitachi Energy\'s interest and do necessary coordination with the PSC to ensure that customer gets right support.

Your Responsibilities:

Co-ordinate with customers/ other units related to execution of service project.

The project will involve spares supply, repair and maintenance of GIS/GCB/PASS (metal enclosed switchgear) of Hitachi energy associated with Transmission and Generation industries.

Necessary planning related to execution, customer communications related to material/ FSEs deputation as per customer requirement and as per contractual agreement.

Provide necessary visibility to Finance / Service OU manager related to timelines of project execution and planning of revenue.

Maintain and strengthen working relationship with customers and all stakeholders. Interact with and support sales team on potential business opportunities.

Prepare all commercial / contractual documents (Invoice, delivery notes etc.), proactively identify and participate in performance improvement within the business to enhance operations and customer service.

Your Background:

Minimum experience of 3+ years in a similar role within the Power Industry.

Experience in Project management in Electrical industry.

Prior knowledge of SAP is an additional benefit.

Customer focused, ability to communicate effectively, work within a team, and follow instructions as well as be able to work individually.

Flexible with travelling for service jobs.
