Job Responsibilities: . Pioneer a team of HR Personnel and lead on the project, and will work together with Finance / Payroll Lead, and with the Project Management Office to ensure a successful deli Job Responsibilities: . Pioneer a team of HR Personnel and lead on the project, and will work together with Finance / Payroll Lead, and with the Project Management Office to ensure a successful delivery of the HCM/ERP SaaS suite within the indicated timeline and budget. . Direct and oversee HR implementation and post implementation support, and work closely with the appointed Systems Integrator and Product vendor, as well as representatives from the implementation agencies on all aspects of project, planning, build, delivery, test and maintenance. . Deliver benefits from business process re-engineering and digitalisation of HR transactional functions in building a global template applicable for all onboarding agencies . Exercise strong governance in ensuring standardisation and streamlining of processes across all implementing agencies . Lead Cloud HCM innovations and implementation of the new system across agencies . Work with internal Business partners on integrated communications and management of workforce planning and transition issues, including aligning policies to enable better efficiency and consistency of employee experience . Drive the change management process to reap the productivity benefits arising from the process and systems revamp . Champion the benefits of Cloud adoption to all Statutory Boards . Support the successful implementation of a shared services operating model in conjunction with systems onboarding . Lead Cloud HCM post-implementation, end-to-end system support and work to enable better UX . Track and ensure value realisation and return on investment Job Requirements: . A proven track record of leadership and management ability in a high pressure environment working with multiple stakeholders across different agencies, policy team project structure. . Working knowledge of HR business processes and systems . Meticulous, service-oriented and have attention for details . Good project management skills and strive to deliver on time. . Good interpersonal skills in maintaining effective customer and working relationships . Ability to work well within team and across team(s), and project stakeholders. . Ability to examine issues from a strategic perspective and use data-driven approach to identify root causes, opportunities and gaps, and conceptualise and implement initiatives to address them, exploring issues from a user- centric perspective. . Significant experience in executing change management projects, with ability to understand organizational issues and challenges, as well as good knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Experience in large-scale organizational change effort is preferred. . Familiarity and experience with workforce planning and transition issues HR policies and processes in the public sector and the selected Cloud HCM provider will be an advantage.
