: Responsibilities: Project Management Lead, direct, assist and support his her team to ensure project deliveries are on time and meeting requirements Track project plan and make adjustment where necessary to stay on track Ensure reso : Responsibilities: Project Management Lead, direct, assist and support his her team to ensure project deliveries are on time and meeting requirements Track project plan and make adjustment where necessary to stay on track Ensure resource availability and allocation, as well as delegate project tasks based on team members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels Collaborate with the team to identify where management and technical reinforcement is needed Develop an alternate course of action and recovery plan to a project that is producing unsatisfactory results Comply to the ISO IMS framework defined by the organization, and all doings are not in any violation to all legal and statutory requirements Review project performance evaluation, recommend corrective plans, and work the other functional teams to implement the agreed improvements People Management Oversee team members productivity and quality of work Team building and motivate team members to excel Conduct training needs analysis, provide development plan for each team members Ensure team members are competent in their job assigned Coach and provide mentoring support to team members when gap exits Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building, Business, Management or equivalent Any relevant project management related experience Minimum 3 years as a People Manager supervising a project team Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and BizSAFE requirements Good presentation skills including written and verbal communication Team player and can lead and work in a cross functional organization Able to handle subcontractors Time management & organization skills Capability to make decisions under pressure
