Roles & Responsibilities 1. Role Description: This position reports to the Director daily and are responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way of construction and renovation.
2. Specific Responsibilities: 1. work closely with Director to understand the whole project cycle and learning the key tasks required to ensure seamless coordination. Trainee would be able to coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information. 2. work with Director on various projects and working within specific timelines. Trainee will also be in charge of ensuring that projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Trainee would be able to create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. 3. able to facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to the Director. Trainee would be able to keep up the morale of the Company and build relationships with them to develop a strong working unit and supporting their impact on the success of the project. 4. able to manage relationship with clients to ensure smooth operations and for all projects to be done according to client's demands/request. 5. able to assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. 6. able to prepare work schedule and supervise project to ensure all projects are completed effectively on time.

1. Gain experience in project management cycle and the key criteria of each stage 2. To learn about time management and multi-tasking skills 3. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team 4. Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders 5. Perform risk management to minimize project risks 6. Prepare work schedule, project supervision and documentation.
