Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage contractors and vendors to ensure projects are delivered in line with required standards, timelines, and budgets.
Manage project schedules, progress tracking, and reporting.
Monitor key project aspects including cost, quality, scope, resources, and risks.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Apply project management tools and best practices to drive efficiency and successful outcomes.
Ensure projects are delivered within established budgets and timelines.
Requirements:
Diploma/ holders with at least 5 years of experience in managing interior fit-out or renovation works
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow through
Proven track record in project and team management
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
