My client is an established ID contractor firm . Specialized in F&B , retail mall and commercial office. Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of interior design projects , including meetings, inspections, and communication with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with contract specifications and design plans
Develop and implement solutions to address any issues identified during inspections
Communicate technical aspects of the work to all stakeholders and ensure project objectives are met
Prepare and submit progress reports to management.

Qualification and Experience

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in interior design or Architecture or C&S
Must have a minimum of 5 years of Experience in the Interior. Commercial buildings.
Should have excellent communication skills & capability of coordinating with clients, consultants, Contractors & Vendors.
Candidate must covered multiple sites.
Candidate must be self-motivated, energetic, team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Candidate must have good track records of completed project references.
