A Snapshot of Your Day
The Project Manager ensures project success by meeting quality standards in time, budget, and functionality while managing P&L and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include leading project execution, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and implementing risk management strategies. The role requires business travel and on-site work during overhauls and upgrades.
How You'll Make an Impact

• Project Responsibility: Manage project results (including P/L) to meet quality standards (time, budget, functionality) and ensure business success and customer satisfaction.
• Planning and Execution: Lead and coordinate overall project planning and execution.
• Communication: Maintain constant communication with customers, contractors, and internal team members.
• Continuous Improvement: Initiate and oversee continuous improvement in project execution.
• Risk Management: Manage risks and implement mitigation measures for assigned projects.
• Performance Goals: Ensure projects meet all agreed performance goals and implement required training for the team and sub-contractors.
• Cross-Border Management: Handle cross-border technical and commercial project management, ensuring achievement of business results and P/L targets.
• Reporting and Standards: Report and control contract performance, implement PM standards, and support development of methods, processes, and tools.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in an engineering / technology subject.
• Strong passion and proven success in achieving profitable project execution, Distinct customer orientation and strong customer interface skills.
• Accomplished teammate with at least 3+ years of experience, capable of positively influencing and collaborating closely with different partners, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrable evidence of successful projects or service business execution (LTPs) and Contracts management experience in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators or Compressors.
• PM Certification is an added advantage.
• Displaying competence in commercial matters and effectively handling a substantial business workload.
• Willingness to travel frequently as needed. Approx twice per month, each trip 3-4 days
• Strong experience in Environment, Quality, Health, and Safety

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
