The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to search for a KYC Production Initiatives - Project Manager
• Focus: The Project Manager is responsible and accountable for the delivery of agreed project outputs to the agreed time, cost and quality parameters within the agreed scope.
• Location: CBD

The Talent

• At least 5 - 10 years experience in Project Management in the banking industry
• Broad experience in KYC is required
• Highly proficient in MS Excel and Powerpoint
• Able to present well to senior management

The Job

• Production Change Program Support and Central Point of Contact for initiative accountable initiatives owners from the KYC Operations ExCo,
• All Program reporting, updates and reporting across the in-scope initiative, strong project cadence is maintained within the existing governance framework.
• Tracking and coordination across all groups involved within KYC Ops
• Coordinate, track, follow up and resolve all project risk, issues, dependencies and actions.
• Chair weekly working groups with initiative stakeholders and their delegates, ensuring timely distribution of agenda ahead of call, and capturing and publication of all call minutes and activities after call
• Reflecting all project milestone changes and updates within the central initiative repository, and ensuring timely transposal of the same to senior management reporting packs. .
