The Opportunity
Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for a Project Manager
Focus: Conduct core project management activities viz., project plan preparation, conducting work stream meetings, organizing cross work stream related discussions, publishing minutes etc. amongst others.
Location: Central
The Talent
Min Education. Undergraduate in software engineering, computer applications
Project Management - Core Banking & Wealth Management experience
Worked on complex project data migration, re-engineering projects will be beneficial
Business Analysis, User Acceptance Testing and Microsoft Office products skills are a must
PMP Certification, Business Analyst Skills will be great
Strong oral & written communication
Comfortable with systems, processes, technology
Comfortable working in ambiguous and fluid situations with changing circumstances, while adhering to tight deadlines
Other important qualities include ability to work independently and in a team, accountability and a positive work attitude
The Job
Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Segments, Controls, Legal, Compliance, Operations to identify the functional as well conversion requirements and drive a business project to successful completion
Work with other work streams to document the platform requirements as well as develop a project plan to manage the platform delivery
Work with users to build the test cases and coordinating the testing
Work closely with all stakeholders tracking progress of systems, platform workstream related requirements
Obtain the necessary approvals processes required to implement the project
Work with D&A teams and GCT to ensure all data related functionalities converted and get tested
