Study tender construction drawings, specifications, and contracts to understand project requirements.
Oversee construction to ensure on-site management, quality control, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Plan and sequence construction operations in alignment with the master work program, considering project costs.
Coordinate design between consultants and authorities, reviewing construction details with the design team.
Resolve technical and commercial issues with clients and consultants, monitoring site progress and generating reports.
Lead the project team to supervise work progress and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Coordinate handover of completed works to clients, ensuring necessary rectifications are completed.
Determine work progress for periodic claims submission and monitor project cash flow for timely payments.
Ensure compliance with project regulations and client specifications, prioritizing safety and health standards.
Maintain high safety standards and housekeeping practices, aiming for zero accidents in the workplace.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering (recognized by the PE Board)
Minimum 10 years of experience in related fields
