Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director and report the project progress including revenue, cost, financial issue, potential risk, and etc. on timely manner.
• Responsible for the entire project cycle from inception to completion.
• Managing the project team and providing the guidance in relation to the project performance and compliance, contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
• Manage and monitor sub-contractor\'s performance and ensure work deliver on schedule.
• Ensure the safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
• Identify the potential risk during the project operations and provide the strategies to prevent the risk.

Requirements

• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering and recognized by the PE Board
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Singapore construction industry or construction management
