The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with well-known marine communication system provider with more than 20 years\' history in the globe. The company is looking for additional headcount of Project Manager, who will be responsible to ensure smooth project delivery of solution from development until project completion stage.The Job:

• Take charge of project planning, budgeting, design, implementation, coordination, and client interaction.
• Uphold consistent adherence to high project management standards and practices, encompassing aspects like material procurement, project execution phases, and the successful commissioning of projects at customer sites.
• Manage resource allocation according to projected workloads, effectively juggling multiple projects concurrently.
• Handle customer expectations and potential requirement changes by offering suitable solutions and cost assessments when necessary.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal staff, overseeing overall commercial and contractual matters for assigned projects.
• Regularly report on project status, performance, and forecasts to both management and customers.
• Continuously enhance existing project management practices and processes to bolster productivity and profitability.
• Ensure on-time project completion and closure in line with contractual obligations, including the resolution of any outstanding issues.

The Talent:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
• PMP certified is highly preferred
• More than 5 years\' full spectrum of project management experience in marine communication industry
• Occasional international business travel
