Position : Project Manager

Location : Singapore (near One North MRT station)

Our client is a technology start-up incubator for medical technologies from development to commercialization for the global market.

Summary

We are looking for strong incumbent with passion in leading the early-stage medical device product design to take the role as the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall management of the company including the day-to-day operations of the portfolio
• Lead and oversee the engineering team, marketing, fundraising, quality assurance, clinical trial & regulatory activities to achieve investment objectives/ milestones
• Lead development of product commercialization and regulatory strategies, including working with the team to select & manage subcontractors and vendors

• Lead the business development and fundraising efforts
• Lead and oversee the company finances, including budget, projections, and audit preparations
• Implement and manage company intellectual property portfolio and registration, clinical trials, and regulatory plans with the objective of having the product commercialized based on milestones

Required Experience

• Good technical knowledge in medical device, electronic & electrical or software/medical imaging
• Strong business acumen, able to drive and execute business model and sales and marketing strategy
• At least 8 years\' working experience in project management
• Good understanding of medical devices regulatory, quality systems and clinical pathway
• Previous start up experience, including raising capital preferred
• Experience in regulatory submissions (FDA) and ISO13485 an added advantage
• Experience working with regional team will be an added advantage

Required Competencies

• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership skill. Able to lead the team in continuous improvement
• Proficient in budgeting, forecasting and corporate finance
• Strong analytical skills, with problem-solving abilities in ambiguous situations

Education

• Master or Degree in Mechanical / Biomedical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
