- Hands-on manual investigation and reproduction of functional and customer software issues.
- Quality engineering experience with the capacity and passion to lead and guide other test engineers
- Hands-on development of detailed, comprehensive and well-structured automated and manual test plans and test cases in identifying software problems and their causes
- Collaborate actively with the Product Team which includes developers, product manager, customer success team members
- Be involved in the planning and execution of the software development life cycle.
- Provide QA leadership, advice, guidance and support in ensuring alignment of testing strategy and activities
- Create test scripts and identify gaps for efficient coverage of both existing and new features
- Support initiatives for continuous improvement for prevention/corrective actions in the future
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Minimally 2 years of related experience in quality assurance testing, automation framework design (desirable)
- Experience with UI test automation tools such as (Robot, Selenium, Appium etc)
- Experience with API testing (JUnit)
- Able to multitask, prioritise tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment
- Experience with both white box and black box testing would be a bonus.
- Knowledge of HR platforms is a plus
