Define and clarify the project scope
Develop the project plan
Develop the project schedule
Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of the project objectives
Determine the organizational structure of the project team Identify roles and responsibilities
Identify services to be provided by 3rd parties
Staff project positions Measuring: Checking project progress toward meeting its objectives
Evaluating: Determining the cause of deviations from the plan
Correcting: Taking corrective actions to address deviations Defining project baselines
Tracking project progress / Project status reporting
Determining and taking corrective actions

Requirements:

Knowledge and experience (at least 5 years) of project management within at least one of the concerned technological domains (Network infrastructure, Security)
Sound technical understanding and knowledge of Network infrastructures such as IP networking, Wireless, Fibre Broadband and more
Strong project management and vendor management experience, with the ability to manage stakeholders
Technical certifications such as Prince2, PMP are preferred
Excellent communication and coordination skills within the technology community
