Overview: The key objective of the Project Manager is to administer, plan, lead, and manage the execution of project implementations in the ASEAN region based on the methodologies established by the Project Management Office (PMO). He or she ensures the proper coordination, implementation, and monitoring of project activities to guarantee budget, scope, and timing of the project.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administration, procurement, and logistics execution and supervision for the project team.
• Ensures compliance to and fulfilment of project contractual technical specifications, commercial terms, and conditions.
• Ensures achievement of profit margin forecast for assigned projects.
• Review contracts to determine the documentation requirements and coordinates with the respective team members to prepare project documentation as per quality standards and ensures customer contract requirements are met.
• Upfront participation with sales team in project proposal stage.
• Responsible for project status, performance and forecasting reporting to internal and external customers throughout the execution phases of projects.
• Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Performs risk management to minimize project risks.
• Partner with different disciplines to deliver projects.
• Achieve Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Chemical, Mechnical, or Electrical.
• Minimum of 12 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in project delivery in automation, MES, IIoT or relevant fields for the manufacturing industry with respect to systems integration.
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Project.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Flexibility to support customers during off-hours.
• Mature, self-motivated, and customer service oriented.
• Willingness to learn and travel on a regular basis within ASEAN.
