Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager. You will be responsible for implementing new ways of working and maintaining the strategic control planning and help the business to drive continuous improvement programs to re-design the project.

What will you do

• Responsible in managing all implementations and change activity across multiple projects
• Trying out and implementing new ways of working and culture within the business post move
• Measuring success of the various stages of the change program through agreed KPIs and deliver reporting on a regular basis
• Quickly adapting to a variety of work environments, structures and cultures
• Responsible in stakeholder engagement planning and implementation
• Devising and maintaining strategic control plans
• Preparing and delivering creative and engaging corporate communication
• Driving continuous improvement programs to re-design

What do we want

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management / Facilities Management equivalent with minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Multi-discipline background and experience in Planning, Management, Technical & Contractual skills
• Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Dynamic and comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Track-record of delivering change management results and traction on projects
• Pragmatic approach driving transformation progress also when obstacles present themselves
