Job Summary:

• Working hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6.30pm)
• Location: Raffles Place
• Salary range: $5000 - $10000
• AWS + PB + AL

:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate projects from acquisition to completion.
• Oversee site selection, due diligence, and feasibility studies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning requirements
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all financial targets are met.
• Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures.
• Report on financial performance and project milestones to senior management.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, contractors, architects, and regulatory bodies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and investors.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure tenants for commercial properties.
• Negotiate lease agreements and manage tenant relationships.
• Ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Familiar with REIT.
• 4-5 years of experience in related field.
