That is where you come in!Must have Skills : Retail & CPG - General Experience, Product Information Management (PIM),Summary:The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the implementation of key strategic initiatives in the Online and Offline domain for world largest retail/CPG beauty client. Project manager with hands on delivery experience in PIM solutions ( Salisfy or OpenText), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) initiatives are preferred over tradition project manager . The ideal candidate will possess hands-on delivery experience and the ability to drive cross-functional projects from conception through to completion.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for D2C and B2B initiatives in the Retail/CPG domain.
• Manage the implementation of Product Information Management (PIM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Oversee the integration and deployment of CDP and CRM systems to improve customer engagement and data management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, technical teams, and marketing departments, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, providing timely solutions to keep projects on track. Facilitate effective communication between all project participants and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare reports for senior management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Overall Experience: 8-10 yrs 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in the Retail/CPG industry, with a focus on D2C and B2B projects.
• Proven experience with PIM, CDP, CRM, and SFMC implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
