Job Description

Lead and manage IT and cybersecurity implementation projects from initiation to closure. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals. Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation. Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution. Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, budget, and schedule requirements. Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Support the sales team in project scoping and solution feasibility discussions. Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in cybersecurity or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. PMP or other project management certifications will be an added advantage. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

9:00am to 6:00pm (Mondays to Fridays)
