THE ROLE
You will establish and lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our customers and internal leadership. This role is critical for defining project governance and best practices, overseeing a portfolio of complex projects, and eventually leading a team of project managers. You will be a key partner in our business development efforts, collaborating closely with our sales team and customers to define project scope and strategy for new service offerings.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Define and govern project management standards, methodologies, and best practices for the organization.
Lead the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
Manage customer expectations regarding project scope, timelines, and deliverables, serving as the main point of contact for all project-related communications.
Maintain overall accountability for project profitability, analyzing financial performance and managing change requests.
Collaborate with sales, partners, and customers to define proposals, create Statements of Work (SOWs), and ensure successful delivery of desired outcomes.
WHAT YOU BRING
Proven experience in the delivery of professional services, with a strong focus on large-scale migration projects in mission-critical environments.
Expertise in managing and overseeing project delivery through hybrid resources (Pure and partners).
Demonstrated ability to establish and manage customer expectations, serving as a trusted advisor to senior management and IT operations teams.
Experience with project financials, including analyzing performance and evaluating the impact of change requests.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in demanding, cross-functional environments.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Singapore office in compliance with Pure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
