About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in End User Computing (EUC) Tech Refresh initiatives to lead the planning and execution of hardware and software refresh projects across our enterprise environment. This role will ensure seamless delivery of new devices, upgrades, and end-user transitions while minimizing business disruption.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for EUC Tech Refresh programs, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, mobile devices, and related software deployments.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate across IT infrastructure, service desk, logistics, procurement, and business units to ensure smooth deployment.
• Manage vendor relationships for hardware supply, imaging, and deployment services.
• Track progress against milestones, budget, and scope, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues, dependencies, and risks impacting delivery timelines.
• Ensure all assets are properly tracked, imaged, and configured according to enterprise standards.
• Oversee communication and change management activities to support end-user adoption.
• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies, security, and lifecycle management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in refresh planning, scheduling, and execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure or EUC-related projects.
• Proven track record delivering EUC Tech Refresh or device lifecycle management programs in a medium-to-large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of desktop/laptop hardware, Windows OS imaging, and asset management processes.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams and vendors.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
