Looking for a competent Project Manager / Site Manager with experience in both commercial and residential projects. . Manage and oversee all project site activities . Supervise day-to-day operations of the project . Organize work effectively to ensure timely completion of projects . Organize subcontractors to survey and carry out all stages of work . Attend site meetings to establish scope of works . Prepare work schedule, project supervision, and documentation . Assist in the preparation of tender documentation (for commercial projects) . Liaise with authorities, design consultants, and subcontractors . Ensure good workmanship is carried out for all site works. . Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements . Minimum 3 years construction building experience in Singapore local construction . Experienced in both commercial and residential projects . Ability to work on multiple projects . Knowledge of Building Management preferred . Able to understand structural drawing, specifications, and requirements . Good communication & interpersonal skills .
