The role is with a European software company which offers its clients comprehensive support in the rapid and secure digitalization of business processes, from consulting and conception to implementation and operation. Among its core competencies are identity and access management, as well as security consulting. Banks, insurance companies, and government agencies are among their clients looking to differentiate themselves through innovative digitalization solutions.

The Responsibilities:

Your position as a Project Manager is crucial for maintaining and enhancing trustworthiness with customers. Your duties will involve interacting with end customers, external partners, and suppliers, and also overseeing a team of technical professionals to fulfil service level agreements. This role gives you independence and you are required to be proactive. You will be accountable for both ongoing maintenance projects and newly acquired projects with clients.

This position is reporting to the Project Manager Head, and your responsibility will include but not be limited to:

• Collaboration of internal and third parties\' personnel to ensure the successful implementation of projects
• Establish and cultivate relationships with clients, stakeholders, third parties, and vendors
• Collaborate with headquarters on all project management matters, including regular reporting and resource sharing
• Assist in determining the scope and objectives of projects. This includes getting involved with relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility
• Responsible with detailed project plans that will be shared with the client and used for monitoring and tracking progress
• Assuring projects are completed on time, on the scope, and within the budget
• Take charge of project finances and provide regular progress reports to management
• Ensuring the availability and allocation of resources for the projects
• Create and manage comprehensive project documentation as necessary
• Delegate project tasks based on the strengths, skills, and experience levels of staff members
• Monitor project performance based on its milestones
• Able to minimize project risks. On top of project scope, schedule, and costs changes
• Report and escalate issues to management when necessary. Ensure all tickets are addressed within the defined service level agreement (SLA) and escalate as needed to mitigate risks

The Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree, either in Information Systems, or Computer Science/Engineering
• At least 5 years in IT software application project management experience. Strong project management experience and hands-on expertise in support operations management
• Direct work experience in serving to the government and financial industry
• Familiar in collaborating with project team members (of up 20) in different country
• Experience in delivering projects with value of up to SGD 4 million
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a major plus
• Independent, proactive, and resourceful to overcome obstacle in fulfilling the projects requirements. Your customer-oriented thinking and planning skills will be utilized
• Able to negotiate and handle high-pressure project situations
• Possess stakeholder management and influencing skills. Exhibit concise communication skills, both written and verbal, in English to be able to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders
• Knowledge of MS Project, Jira, and Excel
