Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Telco Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a

highly experienced Project Manager

with a strong background in

telecommunications and IT infrastructure projects supporting Network Function Virtualization (NFV)

. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Telco operations, strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, and proven experience delivering complex NFV/VMware-based projects across multi-vendor environments

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for complex

NFV and VMware-based IT infrastructure projects

in Telco environments. Manage

cross-functional and multi-vendor teams

involved in deploying virtualized network functions and related platforms. Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external vendors, and Telco customer teams. Define and track project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Drive alignment across engineering, architecture, procurement, and operations teams. Oversee governance, reporting, change control, and compliance with SLAs and contractual terms. Conduct regular customer updates, executive reviews, and project health assessments. Manage dependencies related to

VIM, SDN controllers, (

Management, Automation, and Network Orchestration

) MANO layers

, and integration with OSS/BSS systems.

Key Requirements:

8+ years of project management experience, with

at least 3 years in Telco infrastructure or NFV (Network Functions Virtualization) projects

. Solid understanding of

NFV architecture, ETSI MANO, SDN, and VMware virtualization technologies

(e.g., vSphere, NSX, vSAN, VCF). Experience delivering

large-scale infrastructure transformation programs

in Telco environments. Familiarity with

ITIL, Agile, and traditional waterfall models

. Proficient in enterprise PM tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications

preferred. VMware and/or Telco vendor certifications (e.g., VCP, Red Hat, Nokia, Ericsson, Cisco NFVI) are a plus.

Soft Skills:

Proactive, organized, and delivery-focused. Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills. * Ability to manage pressure and deliver in high-stakes Telco environments.
