About the role

Own end-to-end

post-sales telecom projects

(IPLC/IEPL, IP Transit, enterprise networks) across ASEAN--from contract handover to acceptance and operations.

Responsibilities

Project ownership:

Drive scope, schedule, cost, and quality; run weekly PM cadence and maintain RAID logs.

Planning & governance:

Build WBS/plan, milestones, acceptance criteria; manage changes and risks.

Stakeholder management:

Orchestrate Solutions, Network/Ops, Finance, Legal, and carrier/vendor partners.

Commercial control:

Raise/track PR/POs, manage BoM, validate leased-resource entries, verify invoices/payments.

Delivery execution:

Coordinate implementation, testing, and customer acceptance (SAT/UAT).

Reporting:

Issue concise status/closure reports, escalate blockers, drive recovery plans.

Handover:

Complete documentation pack and transition to operations/support.

Requirements (Must-haves)

Education:

Bachelor's degree or above from a

Singapore local autonomous university

ora university ranked

within the QS Global Top 400

at time of graduation.

Experience:

3+ years

managing telecom/network implementation or system-integration projects.

Technical:

Working knowledge of

operator network architecture

,

IP/MPLS

,

routing & switching

,

optical transmission

(OTN/DWDM/SDH); exposure to

submarine/terrestrial cable

is a plus.

PM discipline:

MS Project/Jira (or equivalent), strong RAID/change control, clear acceptance packs.

Language:

Fluent in English and Mandarin

-- Mandarin required to liaise with China-based product/engineering teams and review Mandarin technical/contract materials (business necessity).

Soft skills:

Excellent stakeholder communication, negotiation, documentation; proactive and accountable.

Eligibility:

Legally able to work in Singapore; open to short regional travel.
